Tuesday - Saturday: 1 - 8.30 pm
Sunday: 1 - 7 pm
Monday & Public Holiday: Closed
If You Are Driving:
There's only one vehicle entry point to Oxley Bizhub and that is via Ubi Road 1. There are 3 entry toll gates after entering Oxley Bizbuh:
- one on the right which bring you to the main building
- one straight ahead which bring you to the basement carpark
- and the 3rd one on the left which leads to the drive-up ramp. You need to U-turn to drive up the ramp to the higher floors. Take this to drive up directly to our doorstep.
Parking:
There are plenty of parking lots at Oxley Bizhub especially on the ground floor and basement carpark.
Ground floor - Turn RIGHT after entry and you can see plenty of open-air parking lots on the right side near 'My Outlets' supermarket.
2nd floor - limited parking places. There's one lot right in front of our unit but it's usually taken up.
Direct Access to 2nd Floor:
After entering Oxley Bizhub, go STRAIGHT in towards the 3rd toll gate on the LEFT and follow the sign to U-turn and drive up the ramp to the 2nd floor. Turn right after reaching 2nd floor, then left, then right again, and once you see 'Lex Lighting' store, stop and find a parking lot nearby. Our store is directly facing 'Lex Lighting' store, on the left hand side of your car if you're directly facing the lighting store.

If You Are Coming By MRT:
Tai Seng MRT- Circle Line CC11 (650m away, 10 min walk)
- via Exit B, walk to cross junction of MacPerson Rd / Airport Rd / Upper Paya Lebar Rd / Paya Lebar Rd
1) Paya Lebar side
- cross the traffic light to Paya Lebar Road
- walk to Bus Stop B70279 which is located right in front of Oxley Bizhub
a) Via The Lift
walk straight into Oxley Bizhub and keep to the right atrium and follow the contour of the building, passing by Footloops bikeshop, Contempo, Lighting & Curtain Gallery. Our unit is the one with the blue doorframe on the 2nd floor (see picture below). Continue until you see 'My Outlets' supermarket
- go in to Lobby 1 which is facing the supermarket and take the lift or walk up the stairs to 2nd floor
- coming out from lift, make sure turn left, push open the door and you'll see our store
b) Via The Escalator
walk straight into Oxley Bizhub and keep to the left where you'll see the escalator ahead
- take the escalator and turn right to cross the overhead link bridge to the other building
- turn right again and continue along the corridor ... 1st unit is 'Brandt', our store is the 3rd unit .
2) Tai Seng side
- cross the traffic light to Breadtalk and continue walking to Bus Stop B71011
- cross the road just after the bus stop
- walk in to Ubi Rd 1 and take the small path short cut at the refuse dump
- go to Lobby 1 facing 'My Outlets' supermarket and take lift or walk up the stairs to 2nd floor
- coming out from lift, make sure turn left, push open the door and you'll see our store
